Any time a Powervar product (or products) is properly installed and used according to our specifications and the performance fails to meet expectations, Powervar promises to make personnel available on-site, at no cost for time, travel or related expenses. Powervar promises to evaluate the site, identify the source of problems, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Depot Repair Service – In spite of outstanding product quality and industry leading product warranties, there will always be those instances where a Powervar product may require service. Powervar maintains fully equipped and stocked depot service facilities at our locations in the United States and the United Kingdom where we offer battery replacement, UPS refurbishment, and repair of damaged power conditioners and UPS products.
